What can I Return/Exchange?

We accept Returns/Exchange on all items. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed with all original tags and stickers intact and purchased from us within the past 15 days. In the case you have received a product with any manufacturing defect, please send an email to customer care and within 24 hours of receipt of product. Our customer care team will look into the matter and assist you all.

Please note the following limitations:

·         Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

·         Some pieces by are sold with intentional imperfections. Like, Marks on leather bag and wallets often bear the scars and imperfections that the animal accumulated during its life. But, If you are not sure if your item is intentionally imperfect, please contact customer service.

·         Items that have been or altered in any way, cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

·         Any item that was not purchased at full price cannot be returned. This includes sale items.


How do I Return/Exchange the item to

Once you are sure you want to return the item or replace it with some other in store, you can contact our customer care to initiate the return. Once the return has been authorized, our courier will pick up the repackaged item from your billing address and ship it to us, or you can pick your own courier service and have it shipped. will bear the cost of return shipment if you are returning it out of manufacturing defect, else the customer has to pay. In Both the cases (Returns/Exchange), Please provide the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

·         Your name                    

·         Date your order was placed, if applicable

·         Your Order Reference Number, if available

·         Brief description of the problem you are experiencing

Will you pick up returns from my home/office?

Of course! We take care of the entire necessary pick up arrangements from your delivery location.
If we’re unable to provide for a pickup in your city, we request you to ship the returns package to us through a courier of your choice. In case of manufacturing defects, We will credit Rs.100 to your account as a refund towards courier charges once we receive your returns shipment.
